Let me introduce myself, my name is Todd Hafer
and I’m the owner of Paradise Computer Consulting (PCC). I want to
personally thank you for taking the time to read this. We know as

Much of what makes a computer service professional really great
is his experience and this requires years of schooling, and more
importantly real life experience. Because computer technology is
always changing it requires constant training and research to keep
up. At PCC we have people that have over
19 years experience in the industry and the only professional in
Kona to our knowledge that worked at Microsoft on the Windows team
for 9 years. I’ve done everything from being a MS Windows support
engineer on the phones to project management and consulting. I

Fast House Calls/Service Visits
We can arrange to work on your computer problems onsite, pick up
your computer and work on it back at our lab, or have you drop it
off. Whatever is most convenient and works best for you. We know
when you have a problem you need to have it addressed right away and
will do that for you.
Limited "Geek-Speak"
We do our best to eliminate the "Geek-Speak" and talk to you in
lay-mans terms that you can understand. Additionally we love to work
with people.
